About the Role

SEAS Productions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help manage the flow of opportunities from initial inquiry through close. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep deals organized, proposals accurate, and communication moving efficiently. While the position is primarily internal, candidates should feel comfortable communicating professionally with clients and stepping into calls or follow-ups when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and manage deals within HubSpot CRM
  • Maintain and organize contact and company records
  • Assist with building proposals and quotes based on sales team direction
  • Organize deal documentation, notes, and supporting files
  • Track deal progress and identify missing or incomplete information
  • Support pipeline tracking and sales reporting
  • Coordinate internally to ensure proposals are accurate and complete before being sent
  • Assist with client communication, including occasional calls and follow-ups
  • Help maintain consistency, organization, and efficiency throughout the sales process Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the live events, audiovisual, production, or related industry required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot experience preferred
  • Comfortable communicating with clients in a professional environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

  • $25.00-$30.00 per hour
