At SEAS Productions, determination means showing up fully — every day — to meet challenges head-on and see every detail through, no matter what. Our Process
Conception
Defining the project and goals at a broad level, its feasibility and fit to the organization that we are proposing.
Planning
Using S.M.A.R.T. goals to make sure estimated crew, equipment, and time is allotted to make the project a success on time and on budget. Adjust accordingly to meet goals.
Execution
This covers the entire physical project from developing the right team, assigning resources, procuring more team members and/or resources as needed, set up and logistics procedures, and the beginning of full tracking for step four, monitoring.
Monitoring
As the project progresses, all performance goals, objectives and deliverables are measured and reviewed.
Close
Reconciliation of objectives and deliverables, critique of implementation as well as final report to leadership and key stakeholders.

Troy J. Peters, CTS
Chief Experience Officer (CXO)

Troy was born in Canada and he makes a mean Poutine Short Rib. Hit him up for the recipe!
Troy's Bio
Troy started out in motion picture production with Disney, Fox, and Paramount Studios where he learned the art of experiential storytelling before taking these skills to conference show management with a large international trade association.
His role as our CXO has him focused on mapping an inclusive and welcoming journey for clients and our team by creating a collaborative environment for growth and creativity. When not working, Troy enjoys playing golf, traveling, and cooking while searching out new adventures with his wife and ten-year old twins.

Zack Grant
President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Zack's Bio
Zack Grant, CEO of SEAS Productions, leads with a vision of enhancing client experiences and values building a strong team. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University San Marcos.
Zack believes the most valuable asset of any business is its people and focuses on creating a fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment. Beyond his professional achievements, he is a devoted family man, happily married to Olivia and raising their two young boys, Reece and Roman.

Sean Burns
Director of Operations

Sean's Bio
Sean Burns grew up in Los Angeles before attending the University of Kansas. Afterwards Sean moved to San Diego, where he was introduced to the event industry. In 2015, Sean began his career in events and has been an integral part of Seas Productions ever since.
With a love for the fast-paced nature of the business, Sean thrives on the challenges and excitement that come with organizing and executing successful events. His dedication and enthusiasm have made him a valuable member of the Seas Productions team, where he continues to contribute to the company’s growth and success.

Louis Castellucci
Director of Sales

Lou has naturally shed over 100 pounds and, inspired by this transformation, has developed a keen interest in deepening his knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and strategies for a longer, healthier life
Lou's Bio
Lou, an industry veteran, started in music during his teens in New York and New Jersey. After his mentor’s advice, he pursued Audio Engineering, graduating with a focus on line array theory and digital audio. Post-grad, he entered the theater world, working on Broadway, earning his IATSE Union Card, and shifting to sales with an international speaker manufacturer. For 18 years as Director of Audio and Business Development, he transformed customer visions into reality. Now at SEAS, he partners with producers in Southern California, aiming for seamless execution and strong client partnerships.

Jeff Lutjens
Strategic Account Executive

Jeff has nearly three decades of experience in sales management and excels in client interactions. As a dedicated account executive, he combines hands-on experience with a strategic mindset, consistently delivering results for our clients.
With over 12 years in the audio-visual industry, Jeff develops and oversees sales strategies while building lasting relationships. His expertise lies in planning and executing events that exceed client expectations within budget.

Josh Darisay

Josh's Bio
Josh Darisay brings over a decade of experience in event and logistics management. His journey began in live theater in 2008, where he discovered his passion for production, eventually moving into stage, event, and production management.
Throughout his career, he has held various roles, including Warehouse Manager and QA Lead, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the industry. As an Account Manager, Josh uses his diverse background to create tailored solutions that exceed client expectations, collaborating closely with team members and clients.

Taylor Abbate, CMP, DES, HMCC

Taylor's Bio
Taylor’s passion for experiential hospitality and business events began in the Chicago suburbs, where hands-on restaurant work sparked her love of building relationships and creating meaningful experiences.
With over a decade in meetings and experiential marketing, she drives growth through strategic partnerships and collaborative execution. A CMP, Digital Event Strategist, and Healthcare Meetings Compliance professional, Taylor is a PCMA committee member and a 2021 PCMA 20 in Their Twenties honoree. Based in Arizona, she leads business development and industry relations at SEAS.

Tyler Mayes

Tyler Mayes is a Marketing Manager at SEAS Productions, where he oversees all aspects of Marketing and Creative Design. With over 6 years of experience in the tech and consumer goods spaces, he has brought fresh perspectives to SEAS. With a mix of creative and technical expertise Tyler heads out our internal video projects, website and digital marketing efforts.
Tyler is a San Diego transplant that moved across the country from Kentucky. He’s been in San Diego for 15 years and considers it home.

Madison Bassett

Madison joins SEAS as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator. A recent marketing graduate from Washington State University, she brings experience in HubSpot, campaign coordination, and data analytics. Madison is passionate about optimizing workflows, supporting the team, and contributing to sales and marketing results. Outside of work, she loves staying active and trying out new hobbies.

Justin Nickoli

Justin's Bio
Justin is the Controller at SEAS, where he oversees all aspects of Finance and Accounting. He double-majored in Accounting and Leadership & Management at Capital University and has nearly 15 years of experience in multiple industries, including live event production, start-ups, retail, manufacturing, healthcare and non-profits.
Justin moved from Ohio to California in 2018 and has lived in Los Angeles, San Diego and now resides in Orange County.

Alejandra Carrillo is the HR and Office Manager at Seas Productions, where she brings a passion for supporting teams, strengthening workplace culture, and creating smooth, people-first processes.
With a background in HR operations across multiple industries, she specializes in onboarding, employee experience, and helping teams feel connected and supported. Alejandra is known for her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and genuine care for people. Outside of work, she loves exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with family and friends

Ruben Leon

Ruben Leon is an audiovisual professional with over a decade of experience, holding a BA in Music Technology from La Sierra University. He began his career at SeaWorld and then advanced from Event Technician to Regional Video Specialist at PSAV. At Velocity Audio Visual Services, he served as Video Department Lead, gaining experience in full show production.
Now our Technical Director, Ruben manages all production managers and freelance PMs, leveraging his extensive expertise in audiovisual production and project management. Off the clock, Ruben likes to nerd out and watch anime, play video games and spending time with his amazing wife and daughter!

Jeremy Leach

When he’s not running events, Jeremy is running after his kids, he loves spending time with his wife. He enjoyes watching sports both at home and in the stadium.
Jeremy's Bio
Jeremy, born into the event industry, has excelled in engineering and project management worldwide. His attention to detail ensures flawless execution from pre-planning to load-out. With over two decades in production, he has worked with top acts like the Beach Boys, Randy Travis, and Sugarland, as well as major corporate and association events. Skilled in lighting, audio, video, and staging, Jeremy prioritizes pre-production to eliminate onsite surprises. From CAD designs to venue coordination and regulations, he ensures every event runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Craig Whitehead

Craig's Bio
Craig has had a diverse and interesting journey in the audio industry, with experience in recording studios, live sound engineering, and event coordination. Despite facing challenges with physical health, he has found a way to stay connected to the industry he loves by coordinating labor for events. His passion for audio and creating memorable experiences for all involved is evident in his work. It’s clear that Craig’s dedication and expertise make him a valuable asset in the industry.

Richard Bran
Warehouse Manager

Richard's Bio
Richard is a seasoned technician with over 15 years of experience in the event industry. With a strong background in AV, he has produced hundreds of shows across the country.
At SEAS, Richard oversees the entire production process, from shipping and receiving to asset maintenance, using DMAIC methodology to stay ahead of the curve and effectively address issues.

Ryan Chandler
Warehouse Supervisor

Ryan enjoys surfing, snowboarding, creating art, and spending quality time with his son, Noah.
Ryan's Bio
Ryan joined our Warehouse team in 2021 and quickly demonstrated his aptitude for the industry, earning a promotion to Assistant Manager.
He now oversees the warehouse team, manages show preparations, ensures smooth workflow, and fosters a positive team environment.

Salvador (Chavo) Ramirez

Chavo's Bio
Salvador, also known as Chavo, embarked on his journey in the event industry in 1998. He began his career with RDP, where he honed his skills in event setups and breakdowns, rigging, lighting, and more. After his time at RDP, he expanded his expertise at Shine before joining SEAS in 2015.
Today, Chavo is an indispensable member of our Warehouse team. His responsibilities range from pulling shows and loading gear to driving trucks and handling a variety of tasks with unwavering dedication. Chavo consistently delivers high-quality work and takes immense pride in his contributions.

Jose (E-man) Sotelo

E-man loves fishing by the ocean and enjoys building and crafting art in his spare time.
E-man's Bio
Eric, or as we like to call him, E-man (short for Electric Man), joined our Warehouse team in 2022. He’s our go-to guy for cable management and repair, pulling shows, driving trucks, and keeping the warehouse in top shape. E-man is always eager to learn something new, so you’ll often find him diving into a book or exploring the latest podcast.

Juliana Torres
Admin/Marketing Assistant

Juliana enjoys working out at the gym and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. A homebody at heart, she’s happiest when enjoying a good meal and a great show.
Juliana's Bio
Juliana is the Marketing Specialist at SEAS, where she focuses on social media and content creation. She studied Business Marketing at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM), which paved the way for her entry into the startup world.
She co-founded California Climate Exchange before joining SEAS in 2021 to expand her marketing expertise.
