Compensation: $25-$30/hour (non-exempt)

Position Overview

The Account Manager / Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing CRM data,
assisting with proposal development, and ensuring deals are accurately built and tracked from
initial inquiry through close. This role plays a key part in maintaining organization, consistency,
and speed within the sales process.


This position is primarily internal, but candidates must be comfortable interacting with clients
when needed, including stepping into calls if a salesperson is unavailable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and manage deals within CRM (HubSpot)
  • Maintain and clean contact and company records
